Do it anyway

It’s an itch, a solution or perhaps just a frame of mind. I need to stop for then I know I will make it in the long while.

Does everyone understand the need – that we need to give up, once in a while, that feeds our soul, our body and mind? No, they don’t. But I do it anyway.

Here’s the best from the last. Things come to an end
no matter how good or bad they are.
A step, a tear, a hug or a heartbreaking wail; every little effort
takes us to the next stage.
But then it all depends on how far we are willing to go in its wake.

Perhaps not to far because I need to take another break.
